Is it possible to have an area to write a comment to the customer when you are sending the proof form?

Is it possible to click the attachment and open it before you send it? I like to verify that my attachment expecially if I have had to make corrections to it is correct.

Yes, this is already on the enhancement list request. See the following post:

There are several ways to do this already. In windows open file dialog box, you can change your view to show previews of the files. You can also right click the file and select open and it will open it in the default application. These are standard windows features that already exist today.
