Another good reason to use BizWizard Pro.

Customer: "Hi I bought this clock last year and the clock stopped working, I want my money back"

Crystal clock $175 job with etching, the customer did not want the clock replaced cause he did not want to come back every year for a new clock!!!!

SDTrophy: Well sir, what is your last name so I can look up the order"

Customer: " It was given to me, but I want the refund"

SDTrophy: "No problem, what is your last name?"

Customer gave his last name, and I looked up the order using advanced search
Found the order! It was placed 4 years ago!!

SDTrophy: I am sorry sir, but this was purchased 4 years ago, it is past its one year warranty"

Customer: "Damn computers"

The customer walks out of the store!
