I know that you're working on reporting...here are a few suggestions:

1) reports on the sales volume of particular items (vs previous year)

2) reports on the sales of difffernet item categories (vs previous year)

3) reports on major accounts and year to date (vs the previous year)

4) although we can add a photo for a particular part number, can we add a photo to an individual order (maybe we did something special to that particular order that we don't normally do)? Right now we just take a photo and just save it as an attachment to the order but can't see it unless we open the attachement.

The reason we created the order attachments or external files functionality was so you could attach anything to the order including a photo representing the custom work done. So you are using this function as it was designed. Where else on the order are you wanting to attach these external files?

Just thinking about a photo when we're entering an order like it does with an Item. But you're right...we're Ok the way it is.
