    Default Purchase Orders not sending correctly

    We are having a problem when we fill out a purchase order and send it to a company. For some reason the shipping method get's changed to call us, when we put ground or one of the other choices or when we put see special instructions. If we have special instructions those aren't showing up on the PO. So we are wondering why that is happening and how we can fix it.

    We have an older release date, Jan, 2017. I will get ours up to date.

    Hi Josh,

    We've been dealing with this issue for years. We've updated our software, opened a help ticket, etc and it still happens. The ship method changes to CALL US and more importantly, if we've changed the ship to address, it changes back to the default. Sometimes the dates change back to the default as well.

    The best workaround I've found is to use the print preview button every time I send a PO from the system. If it shows the CALL US/default info, I double click Finalized to reopen the PO, then try again. Sometimes it takes 1 try, sometimes 2.

    This issue was corrected on the 3/27/2017 release of 5.1.0. If you are still experiencing this issue, and are running 5.1.0 release date: 3/27/2017 or later, then it's best to get in touch with use via phone so we can watch the steps you are performing. I have tested this again today and this issue is not occurring.
