Abandoned Orders

Love that there is a letter to send out regarding orders that have been abandoned. However, at the bottom where it should read Balance upon Pickup and a number should appear, right now ?#Name#? appears. Also, is it possible to make that form able to be changed? Right now it mentions that items left over a certain amount of time may be sold off in auction and that is not something we do here (although certainly a good idea). Is it possible to be able to manipulate that form to change the message?
