Can someone explain the "in the Cloud Option" that NetSoft is now advertising?
Does this turn BizWizard into an entirely web based program (like QuickBooks online), or is it just a hosting service for the BizWizard database?
Thanks!

Order Manager has always been cloud capable. Since people do not know how or do not want to manage a cloud solution, Order Manager is available in a cloud hosted solution for those that wish to have us handle the cloud server management instead of you managing it yourself.
Thanks for the answer, but I'm still unclear on exactly how it works. Does it turn Order Manager into a completely hosted solution (similar to QuickBooks Online), or is the program itself still run locally and Net Soft is just hosting the database?
If it's the second, what kind of connection is necessary to connect to the database? Is it VPN, Remote Access, something else?
Basically Order Manager Runs on and is hosted on an Internet Server. Access to Order Manager is via RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) to the Windows Host Machine. Order Manager operates just as if it was on your PC, the only difference is, that it is not on your PC, rather it is on a hosted windows server. This makes Order Manager accessible from any internet connected RDP Client. RDP runs on PC, Mac, Tablet PC, iPad, etc. You can take orders from anywhere in the world as long as your internet connected with an RDP client.
Thank you!
One other question...I know that one feature of BizWizard is that you can attach Corel Draw files to orders. How would that work with the cloud hosted BizWizard? Would the attached files still be stored locally or would they be uploaded and stored on the remote server as well? If it's the second, is the upload automatic when the file is attached, or must it be uploaded manually and then attached?
RDP Provides for mapping your local computers hard drive to the server, so while remoted into the server, the server will see your local hard drives as if they were local to the cloud server. Thus it works exactly the same as if Order Manager was operating on your local pc. Simply select the file and/or create a new corel draw layout while your remoted into the server
