11-17-11 Version & Time Sheet Calculation

I saw from a previous thread that another version was released on 11.17 that fixed account balance issues... does it address time sheet calculations as well or is this a different problem? Also, was there an update announcement with details for this release that we may have missed and can access somewhere?

Never mind on the time sheet issue, it was an internal error, however, I'm still interested in the details of the 11.17 vs. the 11.10 release. Thanks!
