Order Completion Notification
Currently order completion notifications are generated automatically when an order is triggered complete and it works perfectly. But, if there are multiple orders in production, the customer doesn't know which order is complete. Can the Order Description line be incorporated into the Completion Notice some how? The only thing we can do at this point is put a description in the PO box, but then if we have a PO associated with the order, we have to use that #.

Unfortunately, the order description line is used by multiple companies for multiple purposes. Some companies that use Order Manager use the order description line to put certain types of codes like TRP, or ACR or CRY to identify what types of products are on the order. Whereas this was never recommended, the order description line was always intended for internal use, not be visible to the customer. Adding it to an e-mail that is sent out to customer would cause data to be sent to customers that was not intended for that customer.

I have had the same issue on occasion. How difficult would it be to "attach" the order acknowledgment PDF to the automated order complete email. That way the customer can open up the attachment to see what order this was for. Or at the very least, make it an option to "attach" or leave as it is currently when an order is triggered as complete in system config.
