Ipad and Office Manager

Can you use Office Manager on an ipad? We tried to access it via remote from the ipad to the shop computer with no success. Do you need a special download to help access?

You need to download an RDP Application for the ipad which allows the communication from the ipad to the remote computer. Then you need to turn on RDP on the computer the ipad will connect to. Windows operating system comes standard with RDP turned off by default.
