Default Prices in Topmost catalog are way different from shopcart unit cost!

I just noticed that the prices in Topmost are wrong. I was comparing the prices from the topmost catalog and some are way off. For instance C213....my cost in the catalog and verbally on the phone is 33.00. On the shopping cart the unit price is listed at 60.00. It says it was updated on 1/11 in the shopping cart and my catalog says 2011/2012.

I haven't checked other suppliers but I am very concerned about this I don't want to have to police this.

    Any thoughts???

When the new feature to update your catalog with any updates from suppliers was implemented (about 6 months ago) all supplier catalogs last updated date was set to January. Those suppliers who have supplied an updated received new updated dates reflective of when the update from the supplier was supplied. TopMost has not provided a new update and is why their date is still set to January of 2011.

I am updating JDS from the master catalog and am noticing that none of the prices match up. I was initially checking to see if JDS used the 1 piece price or the 1 case price or what. The unit cost doesn't seem to correspond with any of the price breaks on the JDS website. The master catalog is dated July 2011 so I guess there is a chance JDS has increased their prices since the update was made but that seems unusual too. I am kind of new at this though, maybe I'm just missing something?

There was an update in July which was a cost price update only. However the update sent to us by the supplier at that time was not all inclusive and was missing alot of new product, as well as existing product prices. There is another update that JDS has provided recently that is being processed. When that update is available, you will receive notification.

Keep in mind, as per the terms of service agreement for ShopKart, it is still your responsibility to confirm your pricing as suppliers can and do change prices frequently to accommodate for sales, closeouts, etc. In addition, the pricing received by a supplier may not be the same pricing 6 months later as is the current case you are experiencing as suppliers may have changed their prices within a 6 month time frame and may not have notified us of the change.

Some suppliers change pricing monthly yet may not notify Netsoft of pricing changes nor does Netsoft police supplier catalogs or their computer systems to ensure what they provide is always 100% accurate. The pricing in the master catalog reflects the most recent pricing received by each supplier based upon the pricing the supplier provided.
