Order disappeared - help

This is maddening. It has happened a bunch of times over the time I have used BW but just now I updated payment information on an order, then I got an error message and the only way to get out was to do Cntrl/Alt/Delete and close BW. Of course when I got back in and searched for that job number, I came up empty.

The other day I had the same issue. Entered a new order, did all the work, created my corel files, and when I was exiting out and hit done to create the order, it locked up. I had to redo all the work.

How can I recover the now missing jobs?

Very frustrated.

Don't know what that is. All I found was in settings the "compact andrepair on exit" box is checked.

Click on the Start button for windows, then All Programs, scroll to the Bizwizard order manager folder, click and then click on the compact database. Note: Bizwizard must be closed on ALL computers in the network. It should take anywhere from 1-3 minutes (depending on the size of your database). If the compact screen comes up and disappears real quick then there is something still open in bizwiz in the background. You will then have to control+Alt+Delete and look at the process to see if any msacess is still running
