email server down?

I just got a call from a customer about an email she sent me last night. I have been unable to log in to the control panel for email and have been getting errors when my Outlook has tried to refresh all morning. I get an error that says Outlook cannot connect to the server.

No email since Saturday evening. It's 4:30 now and still no email and can't access the control panel.

As of this morning I was able to login to the control panel and to my shopkart admin. The mail control panel is veeerrrry slooooooow. And when I try to refresh outlook from my machine it is giving me server errors, telling me it cannot connect or the server has terminated the connection. It's Monday morning and this is hopefully being worked on? Am I the only one having an issue here?

As of 8:30 this morning the all systems seem to be working fine for me in Missouri.

Every ShopKart Server has its own e-mail server. The E-Mail servers are NOT shared. So if you are having a problem with your e-mail server, it won't necessarily effect anyone else. I have rebooted your account and your e-mail server seems to be responding well.
