New version bug???

Is anyone else having this issue with the newest version we downloaded this morning?
On 5 of the 8 PC's we have, BW is opening work orders REAL slow. When they do open completely, there is another LONG delay accessing any document attachments.

How slow is it opening? Can you give a time in seconds?

5 to 10 seconds. Once or twice it even froze BW and we had to close it via task mgr.It is happening on Windows 7 Enterprise, XP Pro and Vista

Did you apply all Windows and Office Updates (including non-critical updates) before installing? If you did, please contact Tech Support via phone so we can troubleshoot this for you.

I just tried it again - one work order was 11 seconds and another 9 seconds. The work order comes up and does not completely load all the data on the screen - last area that loads is the bottom right that shows the dollar values.

Fixed! David had to access all of our PC's remotely to do a code fix on the new download and it worked. Thanks for the great service.
