Crystal D PDF's missing

Although I checked that I wanted the PDF's updated, when I activate Crystal D's items, the PDF link appears, but when I click on it, there is nothing there except for an empty window. Example located here.

bump for exposure, don't want to continue to add Crystal D product if I'll have to redo everything already done to get the PDF's to work.
