Production time

could we change the wording on the retail web pages to say


Production Time for this product is (XX) Business days PLUS Transit time to you.

Currently it says: Production Time for this product is (XX) days and i have concerns that not all customers are smart enough to grasp that days is business days and not to count the weekend and holidays as a day.

if this is something that you find objectionable is there a way that we can write our own sentence?

Good point! It would be nice to adjust that statement to say what you want. Can't do it yet

However:

If this is a concern, you can add a sentence to all of your products by using the mass product adjustment. Select all products, then in the "Insert product description text after.." box you can either enter a simple statement like "If shipping, please allow for shipping time"

or you can add the following code to say the same thing but add a link to click on to show your shipping timeframe map:

Please allow for shipping time. <A HREF="/shopping-cart/site/shipping-times.php" TARGET="_blank">Click Here</A> to see estimated shipping time map.

NOTE: switch a product to inactive, then test it to ensure desired response before updating all of them

I finally just did this and it will work great. I still would like for the productin time to say working days but this is a great improvement in itself
