Has an order been printed?

Does BizWizard track, or in any way display whether or not an order has been printed out?

No it does not keep track of when an order is printed.

I see we can print the orders and email the orders. What about saving as pdf?

There are many PDF Print writers on the market that provide you with a PDF Print Driver, thus allowing you to print to a Printer that will save the printout as a PDF Document. Adobe Acrobat is one such program. CutePDF is another such program. If you install one of the PDF Print drivers, simply print to that printer and you have a PDF of whatever printout you sent to it.

Yep. That was another "duh" moment for me. I use PDF creator so I tried it and it worked like a charm.

Update: PDF is now built into BizWizard Order Manager as of Version 3.7.2

Update: Version 3.7.3 Release 4/30/2011 now records when an associate prints any of the order documents. This gets logged to the Order Log which is accessible by clicking on Order Statistics from the Maintain Order Screen and then View Log
