Document Layouts

Is it possible for us to edit the layout on documents such as the invoice? I went in to the Manage Templates tab but there was html, nothing to view. I would like to edit my company layouts if possible. How can I do this?

The form layouts are standardized and cannot be edited other then the editable regions in system setup. Click on Configuration, then System Setup to make changes to editable regions.
