1. Work with Orders to be completed on now defaults to Date/Time Scheduled as the default sort on the screen. This will show you the orders to be worked on from oldest order to newest order.
  2. Add a new feature for order tracking. A New ability to track up to ten order sub status is available in this release. You can modify the order sub-status' on the system setup screen. If there is a status you do not wish to use, simply delete the text and it will be omitted from use. Feel free to change the text as well to fit the needs of your store environment. Each order status is color coded, and by default the colors are in order of the rainbow. If you wish to change a color, simply double click that color in the system setup and you can change the color that represents that order sub-status.
  3. When a particular task on an order is complete, simply check mark the appropriate box on the maintain order screen. This will mark that task complete.
  4. Added a Retention schedule for outgoing internet e-mails. Due to database size and speed restrictions retention of outgoing internet e-mails are now being limited. After upgrading to this release, only the last 1 1/2 years of outgoing e-mails will be retained. BizWizard will constantly clear out e-mails older than the outgoing internet e-mails retention defined on the maintain system setup screen. By Default this is set to 2 years.
  5. A New screen to view all open orders and what tasks are completed and whats tasks are outstanding may be found under the Orders menu and is named "Orders Production Status"
    1. NOTE: only open orders are listed in the Orders Production Status screen.
    2. NOTE: Anytime an associate check marks or un-checkmarks a particular order sub status, a log entry for that order is created. In addition, a date/time stamp is recorded for all order sub status' check marked and may be view on the order statistics screen which is accessible when maintaining the order.
