- In Version 3.1.4 Revision Date: 11/17/2004, we made a fix so that the Pickup Date and Scheduled Dates could not be prior to the current system date. This created a problem on orders that were past due whereby when the user opened the order in the future, it would force them to change the pickup and/or scheduled date.This has been corrected so that the Pickup Date and Scheduled Dates cannot be prior to the current system date only upon NEW ORDER ENTRY. Maintaining an order that was previously entered will not validate the dates to ensure they are current or in the future.
- Corrected the PPAI, AIA and ASI entry error when you print a purchase order. This occurred only in version 3.1.4 Revision Date: 11/17/2004 and happened when you printed a purchase order. The system was requiring you to enter a value in a pop-up box. This has been corrected.
- In Version 3.1.4 Revision Date: 11/17/2004, if you added a new customer and did not fill in all the required fields before clicking on delete customer button, an on event error was issued. This has been corrected and no longer issues the error.
- When you duplicate an order, now you will ALWAYS explicitly have to select a contact at a company if an order is direct billed. This is to prevent the “accidental” direct billing of a duplicated order to the wrong person at the same company.
