We have had several incidents were several different client's accounts were aged to Past Due on the same day that the invoice was issued. This has happened with these dates: 17/12/2009 and 13/01/2010.
Is this a bug or is someone not doing something?

Im going to guess that its something not being done correct, since no one else has reported this behaviour. Best thing to do is call our support number 775-996-1343 so we can troubleshoot this problem for you.
