There is when you duplicate an order. Any custom purchase orders attached to the order being duplicated are also duplicated. Can you describe in more detail the business function since purchase orders are created at several different points in the business process lifecycle. I am curious as to the business function and process you are going through to ensure we are talking about the same thing.

I'd like to have a dummy PO loaded with the top to products from my favorite plastic company, favorite acrylic company, favorite badge supplier so that I can hit "duplicate PO" and then just just plug in quantities needed and updated pricing. Right now I have to recreate the wheel every time I need to place an order even if it's the same stuff over and over again. Since I don't track it in inventory on plastic it's a h***le.

So this is what you want, correct me if Im wrong.

Maintain a Supplier
Find a Purchase Order
Duplicate it to create a new purchase order.
Change the quantities on new purchase order.

Correct?

Version 3.7.3 Release Date: 04/30/2011 has a Duplicate Purchase Order Feature added to the Maintain Supplier [Display Purchase Orders] Tab.
