Can we specify what category customer we're dealing with for e-mail/marketing purposes? If I want to do an e-mail blast, I don't want to send a trophy flier to a corporate customer, or donor wall information to a little league coach. Obviously we'd need maybe 10 categories that we could customize (some customers would have multiple categories...and some customer have multiple departments that have differnet contact persons). Maybe a bank has a person that buys banners and another person that buys promotional products and yet another person that buys awards. I'd want to send different information to different people. In any event, minimally, it would help to be able to ***ign different cl***ifications for a customer.
