I would love to see in the next update or so the abililty to center the text that is entered in the personalization box in Bizwiz. So many times I have to remind the customer that our order system does not center the text but it will be centered on the final product. :)

What if the text is to be in Italicized Font, or font point 20, or is to be created in a circular path? Or maybe it is to be skewed or stretched?
BizWizard isn't designed to be a graphic formatting program and thats why that feature is not part of the personalization text field.
If we center the text, then what if its supposed to be left justified, or right justified, or full justification. Any thoughts or comments?

That is true and I did think about that but for some reason that is one of the most heard things. Even though I explain that it is not meant to design just capture the wording. It was just a thought but understand your reasons for not enabling that option.
