would it be possible for the marketing analysis report to provide the info base on when orders are completed vs, when they are entered? if the report cannot be changed can it be offered as an option? I know that for us the date the orders are completed are far more important than when they are entered

I know we discussed this over the phone and why the marketing analysis report must work off of the date entered and exclude checking when an order is completed. I believe you are wanting to use this for a sales report for paying commissions and it is not designed for that purpose. If you can submit an enhancement request in detail for a new report to be added to BizWizard to achieve the goals you are working on achieving then we can see about getting the new report incorporated, but the current marketing analysis report cannot be changed due to the purpose of that report.
