Hello, I like what the new revision has done. It makes a lot of things easier. Thanks.

Can you give some explanation on the new orders page. How you move orders from one category to another.

Once I have accepted an order I can't view it anymore, the only option I have is to delete it. Does it send my customer a acceptance confirmation. How do I move it from Accepted, to in Progress and so on.

There will be new enhancements in the next couple of weeks to review orders accepted. Currently accepting an order is simply a way to indicate that you have entered it into your order management system such as BizWizard BackOffice. No E-mails are sent to the customer letting them know it is either accepted or declined as this is a feature of the order management software to send order acknowledgments. If you are not using an order management system, you should download and take a look at BizWizard BackOffice, if you do have a system currently, consult the documentation of that software to see how they send out order acknowledgements (assuming they do)

The green checkbox is to accept
The Red Slanted Minus Sign is to decline
The Magnifying glass is to view the order (be sure you print the order before accepting or declining)
The Red X is to delete it from ShopKart
