BizWizard Professional Versions 3.2.3 and POS/CIS Version 3.2.2 and prior will no longer be supported. You must upgrade to Version 3.2.4 before any technical support or new licenses will be created.
This version features a simpler licensing system. The Old Licensing Subsystem has been removed and a new licensing system that integrates with our web site has been created. You will no longer have to generate a license key and fax us a license key whereby we fax you back an unlock code. To Renew, simply go to our web site, login, renew your license and copy and paste the generated license code into the License screen which can be found from the About BizWizard dialog box.
The Compact database function has been automated. When you exit the BizWizard system, compact database will automatically be initiated. This will keep your database clean and free flowing vs. manually having to compact it.
A New Feature has been added to have BizWizard automatically create database backup files on a pre-defined time based interval. By Default this is being set to 1 Hour. Once an hour the BizWizard system will automatically backup the BizWizard Database into a new directory named "Backup" Please understand you should still backup your files to an off hard drive location. This automated backup DOES NOT protect your companies data against hard drive failures, fire or theft. Only offsite backups will protect against these forms of data loss.
A New feature has been added to preform on-demand database backups. From the About BizWizard Dialog, simply click the "Backup Database" Button and select a location where you wish the backup to be saved.
A New feature has been added to allow you to send your database to NetSoft Studio at the click of a button, no need to e-mail it, zip it or do anything other than click a button. An Internet connection is required. This is a helpful feature for when you call in for tech support and the tech support agent needs to evaluate your database to solve your support request.
A New Application area has been added for contact management, calender, appts, to-do tasks, etc. In this system you can schedule events such as:

Phone calls to customers
Appointments with customers
Meetings with other Associates
Attach, Orders, Invoices, Suppliers, Customers to an Event
Schedule Repeat Events to Occur.
Schedule reminders of events
View an associates calender to see if they are available
Schedule calls to customers for re-ordering

Fixed a problem with e-mailing order specific supplier purchase orders. The on event error no longer occurs.
Added Sales Rep to the Order Acknowledgment printout and the order acknowledgment e-mail template. This did result in an e-mail template modification for order acknowledgment so any modifications you have made to the layout, you will need to re-modify the new template.
Fixed a Problem whereby if you duplicated an order that had a non-template based external file, the file was not being duplicated. The same problem was occurring if you copied or renamed a document that was not a template based document. The copy and rename operations have also been fixed to correct this problem.
Added a new button to work with products to mark all price labels printed
The USA and Canadian Zip Codes have been updated to reflect postal changes. The updated database is based upon the October 2006 Zip Code Database.
BizWizard now calculates and displays the customers local time and the local time for an order based upon the billing zip code. This is a quick handy reference for if you need to call a customer. You can quickly glance at the time clock for the customer and know that time it is at the customers location. Assuming your west coast pacific time and you have a customer in eastern time zone, the time shown as customers local time will show 5:00PM, when your local time is 2:00pm. Daylight savings time adjustments are taken into consideration as well as those areas of the country such as Phoenix, AZ which do not observe daylight savings time. If the billing zip code is not found in our zip code database, then the time that is displayed in UTC time which is based upon Greenwich, England time at the Prime Meridian.
Corrected a problem on the Print Invoices screen whereby late notice invoices were being e-mail if the Late Notice Invoices check box on print invoices screen was Unchecked. This has been corrected work as expected.
You can now using complex querying of customers and print mailing labels or print address information directly to #10 and Greeting Card size envelopes. The following envelope and label sizes are supported:

Greeting Card - 5 3/4" x 8 3/4"

Avery: 8760 3/4" x 2 1/4" (30 Labels Per Sheet)
Avery: 8985 3/4" x 2 1/4" (30 Labels Per Sheet)
Avery: 8986 3/4" x 2 1/4" (30 Labels Per Sheet)
Avery: 8987 3/4" x 2 1/4" (30 Labels Per Sheet)

All Selection criteria is in addition to other criteria. This allows a very flexible querying of customers to target your mailings to specific target audiences
Corrected a problem whereby an error message was popping up on order line items that had a quantity exceeding 9999. The following limits are applicable as it relates to the highest number support by the field indicated:

Quantity - 9,999,999
Unit Price - $9,999,999.00
Extended Price - $9,999,999.00

It is important to understand that Extended Price is a calculation of Quantity * Unit Price, and since Unit Price and Extended price cannot exceed $9,999,999.00, you cannot have a quantity greater than 1 if the resultant calculation will cause the extended price to exceed $9,999,999.00 - It is highly unlikely any company will hit this limit, however we are documenting this limit for the purposes of documentation.
Example If you sell 150,000 quantity of a product at $97.50 the extended price will be $14,625,000.00 which exceeds the $9,999,999.00 dollar limit. The internal calculations in BizWizard will calculate these high quantities with error and will actually go into the billions of dollar digits, however, the printouts for receipts and invoices will truncate numbers higher than $9,999,999.00
This limit also applies to the total on the order - the maximum displayable value for an order total is $9,999,999.00
