Corrected the Read Only Attributes that were set to orders that were closed. The POS/CIS system no longer sets the operating system attribute for a external file to prevent it from being changed. It is important to remember to open external files from within the POS and not outside of the POS
Corrected a problem whereby the POS/CIS allowed you to delete an employee timesheet record entry if that employee was currently clocked in on that timesheet record. No longer will the POS/CIS allow you to delete such an entry without clocking that employee out first.
Corrected several file pathing issues related to the new external files system.
Import Customer External File and Import Order External File have been added to import existing Corel Layouts, or other external files into your order and customer system.
Modification to Work with Orders: We have added a new Checkbox for searching for orders named "Perform Advanced Search" and by default, this checkbox is unchecked. The old search algorithm was slow on large databases because it was searching through a masssive amount of data which included, order payments, order line items, and various other fields. The old algorithm still exists but only if this new checkbox is checked. Unchecked the POS/CIS search will only search the following fields for matching criteria and the speed of the simple search is 5 times faster:
Order Number
Company Name
Contact Name
Phone #
Cell #
Fax #
E-Mail address
Shipper Tracking #
Purchase Order #
Order Description
If you wish the POS to search any of the following fields, you will need to checkmark the advanced search checkbox which will perform the search, however because it is searching 5 times more data than the Simple Search (unchecked) it will perform slower:
General Order Comments
Bin #
Stock Location
Order Line Items
Order Payments

Corrected a Problem whereby when you added a new order from the "Work with Customers" screen and change the shipping address, the new changed address was not being retained. This has been corrected and the new address will be retained.
Corrected a problem when entering a pricing matrix wherby the top column values were not being retained. The top column will now be retained without any problems
