Corrected an issue whereby the Sales Tax Summarization Report and the General Ledger Summarization were not in sync with correct figures.
Corrected the Print Order, Print Credit Card Authorization, Print Proforma Invoice Reports so that the Sales Tax In the Order Total Section of the Report lined up with the other figures using the decimal point as the positioning factor.
Changed the Sales Tax Calculation so that if an Order is Marked Pickup/Will-Call, Sales tax will ALWAYS be charged (unless the individual, line item is tax exempt) irregardless of the Zip code used. This is because if someone is will-calling an order, then they are doing business at your physical location and thus sales tax should be charged.
Changed some of the calculation routines to speed up calculations. You may not notice a significant speed difference since the calculations were fast to begin with, but now they are faster.
Changed the Sales Tax Summarization Screen so that a re-calculation of the sales tax details is NOT done automatically every time you make a change to one of the fields. Now you must press the “Recalc” button to have all the figures re-calculated based upon date changes as well as other changes.
