Changed Sales Tax Reporting to report based upon the date an invoice is generated. Previously it reported based upon the date the order was taken. This change is required to ensure sales tax reporting is consistent over time. If you have a sales tax change occur between the time an order is taken and the time it is invoice (Order Status is set to Closed) then the new sales tax will be in effect.
