Sales Tax Field Rename

Can you please make the sales tax field renamable as in AUstralia we have Goods and Services Tax (GST) our order form should show GST not sales tax and it should also show Tax Invoice when we produce the invoice. We will not be able to implement the system with Sales tax as a line oin the order form.
