We use track inventory for most products. We have been running into problems where we can't close out an order due to backorder status. When we open the line items and click on kit components, nothing appears to be backordered. All of the POs have been marked received. The only workaround I've been able to find is to delete the line items and recreate them. Sometimes that doesn't even work and I have to cancel the order and duplicate it. Anybody else having trouble with this?

Be Sure you are running the latest version of BizWizard and see if the problem continues with new orders. From our conversations on the phone, I believe the problem was related to the import of the items on the previous version. This type of issues is better handled through support analysis so we can trace the steps in entry of the data to see where the problem occurs. Oftentimes the problem is related to your data which is why others may not be experiencing the same behavior.
